Rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, my work emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard as the foundation for awareness, healing, and empowerment.

Therapy Philosophy

Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, is built on the belief that everyone possesses the internal resources for growth. In our work together, this means I won't be the 'expert' telling you who to be. Instead, I provide a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel deeply seen and heard. By creating a space of unconditional acceptance, we allow your authentic self to emerge and healing to unfold at your own pace.

Within my practice, I integrate:

Multicultural Relational Perspective

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Attachment-based & Family System Therapy

Exploring how culture, power, and identity shape relationships and emotional health.
A collaborative approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while gently challenging unhelpful patterns and building skills that support healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change
Exploring how early relationships and family dynamics shape patterns of connection, communication, and emotional regulation.
